“ Between stimulus and response,
there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and freedom.”
~ Viktor E. Frankl ~
“When you were born they put you in a little box and slapped a label on it. But if we begin to notice these categories no longer fit us, maybe it’ll mean that we’ve finally arrived—just unpacking the boxes, making ourselves at home.”
From The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows
Is matter an illusion?
Is the universe floating on a vast sea of light, whose invisible power provides the resistance that gives to matter its feeling of solidity?
Physicists tell us that the physical body is an organized field of molecular vibrations existing within an atmosphere and universe of smaller, subatomic or quantum vibrations.
This universe of invisible quantum vibrations is referred to as the Zero Point Field/ Unified Field.
But even our physical body's molecular vibratory structure has as its' substructure and foundation a smaller, quantum matrix of vibrations connected to and part of the Zero Point Field.
But if the Quantum Theory is correct, then "Let there be light" is indeed a very profound statement, as one might expect of its purported author.
The solid, stable world of matter appears to be sustained at every instant by an underlying sea of quantum light - or also called the The Flow.
The Flow is the natural, effortless unfolding of our lives in a way that moves us toward wholeness and harmony.
The Flow is a space of utter potentiality. It is the “blueprint” phase of reality, where the physical world is organized at a deeper level. It is the invisible counterpart to your physical surroundings; it is the organizational force that hushes through everything.
Most of us have had experiences of being in the flow. In those times, we know we’re in the right place at the right time doing the right thing.
We feel both exhilarated and at peace, somehow connected to something larger and greater than ourselves. Life is rich with meaning, magic, and purpose. We feel vital, alive, joyful. But for most of us, it doesn’t happen often enough or for long enough.
FlowDreaming is a powerful, easy, and effective new way to manifest.
Being in the Flow means that your life is flowing in a general direction that is for your highest good and happiness.
When you fight against the current of your Flow, it’s just like swimming upstream - you encounter obstacles and frustration in your life.
By daydreaming yourself into the Flow, or “Flowdreaming,” you can guide yourself back into the natural, positive Flow of your life.
Once in the Flow, you can manifest easier.
Part of your consciousness already exists in the flow right now.
Flowdreaming simply means lifting the rest of your mind into this “place” to unleash the most profound transformative power into your life.
Using a kind of “guided daydreaming,” you can see, hear, smell, and feel the imagery and sensations of your Flow. With Flowdreaming you enter that reality outside of time or space where your mind and your desires become active, participatory, creative forces that can alter the circumstances in your life.
Like a river to the sea, your personal Flow always travels in one direction - a natural, positive direction.
Matter is energy.
Consciousness is energy.
Our thoughts and feelings are Vibration = Energy in Motion.
Creativity is energy.
When you fight your Flow or try to make things happen that may not be right for you, you’re going against the Flow - which can feel like swimming upstream.

True meditation is by its nature effortless.
A meditative state is a state without effort.
The basic nature of life itself, actually, is effortless.
Effortless Guided Meditation
So what is trying in meditation all about?
That's something worth investigating!
Of course, we can't become effortless by trying.
