Intuition is the Language of the Soul
We’re all born aware of a profound sense of inner knowing. It’s one of the greatest gifts we possess, which keeps us connected to our Soul. Make the decision to be open to being an intuitive person.
Intuition is knowing without words, sensing the truth without explanations. It operates beyond time and space and is a link to your higher self. Intuition knows that past, present, and future are simultaneous and can see the whole of any event. It often speaks to you like the playful child that would lure you away from a harder path to a more joyful one. Your intuitive mind synthesizes information in a flash, giving you answers to problems and decisions. It shows you the most effective steps to take to achieve your goals and dreams.
You must actually expect it. If you recognize intuition as the natural expression of a balanced 5th Chakra, and the voice of your Higher self expecting it makes sense. Those who expect to be intuitive will be. Trust your intuitive feelings.
Often intuition comes to you as fleeting feelings, thoughts, or sensations that you barely notice until later, when you look back and think, "Yes, I had a feeling to do this, or not to do that." You can make these intuitive feelings more visible so that you notice them and can act upon them. You can learn to distinguish between the quiet voice of your intuition that is showing you a good choice or direction, versus the often louder voice of your fears and doubts that want to stop you from doing new things and taking risks.
Act on your intuition when it guides you.
Every time you act on your intuition, you are suggesting to your subconscious mind that you value your intuitive feelings, and want time to flow easily into your conscious realm of attention.

Use every sense you have. You have many faculties for sensing energy; it is only a matter of paying attention to them.
For a moment, listen to every sound you can hear. Become aware of your sense of smell, touch. Pay attention to any taste in your mouth.

Besides your 5 physical sense, you have another faculty you use all the time - your ability to sense energy. You use it, whether you are aware of it or not - you can access much if this through Visualization.
You run a movie / Inner Screen inside your mind all the time, thinking about things, reliving memories.
Ability to sense energy comes from the same place.
The Process of Visualization can Transform Energy from negative to positive, just as you can close your eyes and visualize a rose, so can you used the process of Visualization to change the energy that you do not like or would like to shift.

To "read" energy; 1st Clear your Inner Screen. Close your eyes and imagine that you have a clear white screen in your mind.
Take a deep breath and imagine a clear light from the Central Sun coming straight down from above into your head, all the way down through your body, and out through your feet.
Picture this energy arising from the bottom of your feet, going up through the top of your head and out into the world, clearing your energy as it does.
Picture light spreading throughout your body.

Everyone has the ability to visualize, and it is still our greatest ally when wanting to tune into our Intuition or when manifest anything in life.
Don’t make the mistake to think that visualization occurs behind your eyelids. The “place” where visualization is “see” is the same “ place” within where we envision and access memories. This is much, much more a FEELING sense than a “seeing”.
