The so-called “mind-body problem” is a conundrum modern philosophy has inherited from René Descartes, who introduced Western Societies to the idea that the Mind and the Body were two separate entities. The Body-Mind-Emotions-Soul however, are clearly interrelated.

1.  Know What it is You Want 

 

Each morning get inspired. Visualize yourself as you'd like to look.

  • During the day, only focus on the positive aspects of yourself

 

2.   Make the Commitment

- You need to be willing to do whatever it takes to get your body looking good and feeling fantastic.

- Don't allow excuses, blame or guilt to steer you off course

- Make the commitment to yourself that you are worth it

- Make the commitment to eat and exercise daily

 

3. Take Action 

- You have to STEP UP! You Have to do something about it.

- You have to move your body, eat clean and lean and drink plenty of water

   You can evolve your physical body to reflect the beauty and perfection of Who You Truly Are.

 

    Re-orient your LifeStyle, Eating & Habits to you Express Vitality, Health & WellBeing.
