All Healing is based on Transforming & Transmuting the energy of what we resonate with because what we resonate to/ with is what we experience. If we can manage to resonate with the frequency of Health & Vitality, then that will be our experience. Vibrational Energy Work is based on the premise that all is energy - that we are, each one of us, beings of energy vibrating at an individual frequency. One would be open to the idea that “thought creates reality,” that we can and do evolve through our own conscious intent and energy work, that we potentially have all the abilities of our Creator.
